Free Weight Training - weight resistance training is a scientifically proven method of increasing lean muscle mass and reducing overall body fat percentage.

Strength building and postural improvement are also added benefits from free weight training.

We focus on core stability and correct postural alignment to improve both functional exercise (i.e. to complement everyday living) and sports performance. Weight resistance training need not lead to bulkiness and in fact has been proven to enhance aesthetic form in the physique of men, women and youths involved in recreational or serious athletic endeavour.

Clients are trained to improve their athletic balance, physical tonus and posture. Dragon Tiger has worked with referrals from New Zealander physiotherapist Warrick McNeill of Physioworks - who is credited with starting the buzz in the UK fitness industry about the 'TV muscle and core stability'
